今日の一枚その146 ベリーダンスの衣装のモデル ( 水彩)
本日桜ヶ丘の学習センターでの水彩クラス、桜彩会にモデルさんを呼んで、ベリーダンスの衣装でポーズしていただきました。
こちらは下描きせず、水彩絵の具を最初から使用して描き上げました。薄い肌の色を重ね、徐々にボディーが出来た所で、ドレス、髪、顔などを描き込んで行く手法です。かわいい感じのモデルさんでしたが、出来上がった作品はやや年上になってしまったようです。

Wow, Kumi...this is beautiful. とてもうつくしい。 How do you build up your paint layers without the colours bleeding into one another? For instance, the area around her right shoulder and down her arm, where you've painted the violet background?

Hi Ken, that's a good question! I used thin watercolor to draw body and gradually painted details of her dress, hair, feature, etc.
After dried the body part, I wet the back ground and use wet in wet method. Just payed attention try not to intrude the edge of skin area.
